A workable, stage-ready alternative to keeping GK 13-pin hardware and guitars on the road after all these years of reliability problems is finally available!
The proprietors of SynQuaNon (United States), Synth-Linx (Australia) & Paradis Guitars (Europe) have for some time jointly worked on developing a family of products that allow an existing 13-pin installation in a guitar and select GK hardware to be readily converted to a new and robust, stage-worthy method of connection that utilizes high-end locking 16-pin sockets and plugs.
Behind-the-scenes live stage testing has now proven that these products address the short-comings of the 13-pin hardware that most of us have experienced in the past with hermetically sealed self-latching metal sockets and plugs, including the ground circuit separated to an internal pin and precision components to guard against extreme working conditions.

This is the first post of many, with details about the connectors, cables, and adapters/converters following shortly!
You may have noticed that we did not mention a product family name yet - we have been discussing several options and would like to welcome your suggestions for a catchy name that goes with this system. SynQuaNon will offer a 25% discount to the person whose suggestion is picked! Let's hear your ideas, thanks!
